Nutrition has the answer! Working with The Harcombe diet to fight food addiciton, intolerance, blood sugar levels and cravings along with a supportive coach, Ellen will support you every step of the way, start feeding your body, boosting your metabolism and healing your immune system to help you lose weight and keep it off!

Healthaspire offers private coaching or group sessions to help all budgets.

Private coaching sessions

Each week includes a weigh in, diary check with a personal plan to follow along with nutrition learning covering such topics as emotional eating, the truth about processed foods, natural movement, stress and more.

£25 per week (6 x 60 minute sessions) Available (Monday to Friday with late evening options)

Group sessions

Ellen holds two group sessions a week, 9.30 – 10.30am and then 5- 6pm on a Monday.
A friendly group of no more than 10 people per session.
Includes private weigh in, diary check then a nutrition talk or cooking demo.

£21.50 per month plus £9 to join.
