Nutrition has the answer! Working with The Harcombe diet to fight food addiciton, intolerance, blood sugar levels and cravings along with a supportive coach, Ellen will support you every step of the way, start feeding your body, boosting your metabolism and healing your immune system to help you lose weight and keep it off!

Healthaspire offers private coaching or group sessions to help all budgets.

Private coaching sessions

Each week includes a weigh in, diary check with a personal plan to follow along with nutrition learning covering such topics as emotional eating, the truth about processed foods, natural movement, stress and more.

£25 per week (6 x 60 minute sessions) Available (Monday to Friday with late evening options)

Weigh and Go Service

After a one to one session to get you started (£25) come along each week to get weighed, be accountable and stay on track with new ideas and a Facebook support group.

Pop along anytime between 4.30-6.30pm £25 for 6 weigh ins. 

Weightloss Group

6 week courses running at 9.30-11am every Friday. Includes cookery demos, talks, brunch and inspiration.
