Working with The Harcombe diet to fight food addiciton, intolerance, blood sugar levels and cravings along with a supportive coach, Ellen will support you every step of the way, start feeding your body, boosting your metabolism and healing your immune system to help you lose weight and keep it off!

Healthaspire offers private coaching or group sessions to help all budgets.

Private coaching sessions

The one-to-one session package with Ellen is designed for those keen to make a serious investment in their health, those committed to making long term progress. The package (6 one hour sessions) includes a personal plan, weigh in, diary check, as well as nutritional learning encompassing a wide range of topics.


We are now offering a 6-week package at only £150, paid up front and saving £24 on the weekly session price of £29.

One hour session times are available Monday to Friday with late evening options.


Weigh and Go Service

After a one to one session to get you started (£25) come along each week to get weighed, be accountable and stay on track with new ideas and a Facebook support group.

Pop along anytime between 4.30-6pm £25 for 6 weigh ins. 

Weightloss Group

6 week courses running at 9.30-11am every Friday. Includes cookery demos, talks, brunch and inspiration.
