Your hosts

Ellen Picton is a registered nutritionist for her own company Healthaspire which opened its doors back in 2014, since then Ellen has helped over 1,000 private clients with nutritional therapy and worked with many companies offering wellbeing programmes, she is also a published author of the ‘Real food cookbook’ which has been endorsed by Dr Zoe Harcombe, The book includes over 100 recipes that are free from grains, gluten and sugar.

Ellen uses The Harcombe diet as a basis for her teachings and these principles will be used for the weekend and moving forward (Read more about the plan here https://theharcombediet.com/)

Beth Howes is a classically trained pilates teacher and has her own studio In Pembrokeshire, she has helped many people to build core strength and overcome injuries.

4-5pm Arrival

7pm – Dinner (Indian feast)
8.30pm – Foot soaks and facemasks

Saturday – 23rd March

9am – Breakfast
9.30am – Pilates session
10.30am – Nutrition session
12noon – Lunch
1.30pm – 3 Mile coast path walk
3.30 – 6pm – Treatments
(30 minute Massage or facial £20 extra)
7pm – Dinner (Spanish feast)

Friday – 22nd March

9am – Breakfast
9.30am – Pilates
11am – Beach walk
1pm – Lunch
2pm – Moving forward and summary
3- 4pm – Hometime

This is not a starvation weekend! You will be fed lots of lovely real food meals including low carb cakes and puds, whist there are not cookery lessons you are welcome to take part on preparing meals to pick up tips.
