If you want to learn how to make curry from scratch, perfect your chocolate making skills or feel inspired to try new flavours then spend a couple of hours at the Healthaspire kitchen with author of ‘The Real Food Cookbook’ Ellen Picton. Ellen will teach you how to make meals from scratch that you will get to take home along with recipe.
Curry banquet – Chicken korma, vegetable bhuna and baked onion bhaji.
Spanish banquet – Chicken and chorizo stew, spiced potato and roast nuts.
Thai banquet – Fish laksa curry, filled rice pancakes and dipping sauces.
Chocolate heaven – French chocolate mouse, rich chocolate brownies and chocolate truffle making.
Includes a 2 hour workshop, all ingredients, recipes and a meal for two people.
