At Healthaspire, I understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life.

Please be advised that appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will incur a cancellation fee of £30.

If you don’t turn up for your appointment you will be charged for the full amount.

All courses need to be paid for in advance to confirm your booking. If you cancel within less than 24 hours no refunds are available. If you cancel within 48 hours a refund of 70% will be refunded. If you cancel within a week 90% will be refunded, and before 7 days a full refund.

Late cancellations and ‘no-shows’ disrupt the conscientious and prompt service I aspire to provide to everyone. As a small business I work on charging for my time, therefore there will always have been someone who could have been fitted in to a missed appointment slot, which is why, as a courtesy, these charges exist.

If you are taken ill or there is an emergency please let me know in the first available instance (i.e. first thing in the morning) and I will consider waiving the charge: I am very reasonable!
